    Hello,

I can no longer view Encrypted forms that were unlocked and viewed with a key about 6 weeks.

is there any way I can use a new key or view these encrypted forms again?

Unfortunately no. You will have to use the original private key to remove the encryption lock on the form submission data.

Generating a new key will not work on the previous encryption. The new private key will only work on the new incoming submission and onward.

I have the original key, but when I open an old form it’s not asking for the key it’s only asking to view form. See below:

Please note that if you have disabled encryption in your form, it will not ask you to provide key file.

If you have enabled encryption in your form, I would suggest you to  please go to form's submission page and  then try again. I would also suggest you to please clear your local browser storage and the following guide should help you:  https://www.ghacks.net/2015/02/05/how-to-clear-web-storage-in-your-browser-of-choice/

Please note that local browser storage is different from browser cookies. Once you clear your local browser storage and then go to your encrypted form's submission page, you will be asked to provide the key file again.
