My account has been suspended and I cannot login. Also my form created cannot function too.

Thanks for the reply. I think we are not sending "unsolicited email" but doing a civil society campaign petition to a recently unfair dismissal of university students in Poly Technic University in Hong Kong (please see this Bloomberg news for details: https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-03-02/hong-kong-student-leader-expelled-over-news-bulletin-protest?srnd=politics-vp).

It is clear that you have valid reasons on why you are sending email blasts on behalf of these people.

However, please note that we do not allow that method here in JotForm as stated in our Terms of Use. Our recommendation is for you to use an email marketing software to send email blasts outside JotForm.

But possible to rsume our link? It cause problems to our campaign if we lose it. We will reset it according to Jotform policy. Please help.
