How can we have forms moved to another account?

My website developer built out my website www.northstar-automation.com and uses jotform.  He wants to move it from his account to my account per his email below....

you can submit a ticket to jotform here, that may help you quicker as im not jotform :-\ so i can only do so much

when you find out your username email it to me and ill ask them to move it to your account as long as you can get into it
