Hello,
We have conditions on our form. Depending on the "office location" that someone selects, a notification email is routed to a specific person. My team members have alerted me that they are all receiving 2 of the same notification email every time someone submits a form for their "office location". I can't seem to see why that is happening. Are there any reasons for this that you can see?

I have been testing your form and I can see two submissions are generating, I can see the issue is being generated by the payment field with missing configuration, I would recommend you to delete it and test your form:

Thank you for the info. I think I may need some additional direction. We shouldn’t have/don’t need a payment field. Where would I find the “My Products” section you show below when I go into Edit Form? And then once I find the My Products section, I just delete the field and it should help correct the issue?

You need to edit your form in the builder as if you would be making other change to the form, then scroll down until the bottom to find this element, you can simply delete it and test your form to see if the problem persists.
