maybe I have the wrong email settings, but it worked before.....
It's about bestelformulier diervoeder.
I have a jotform account (firstname.lastname@example.org), but this orderform need also to be deliverd at email@example.com
They missed orders (and I didn't get a notification as well), until I opened my forms and noticed that there were new orders...
Can you plse tell me what I've done wrong? As far as I know I didn't change anything...
It's the intention that the person that fills the form get a notification or thank you, and that firstname.lastname@example.org gets the order....

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Changing form's notification sender email address to email@example.com should fixed the problem. Please take a look at this article on how to prevent emails not being recieved.
