Login Failed - Autosuspended

Hello,

I need some help. I was trying to create a form on my account. I had created a gravity form on my website's webpage, so I thought I could Import it using your import tool. When I tried to import the form, I got kicked out of JotForm and was unable to log back in - it says, "Login Failed - Autosuspended"

Asking for an access code to conditionally show/hide fields within your form is okay. However, you should refrain from using "password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly change it to something similar like an "access code". Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.
