I am unable to see all the forms in my account on the MY FORMS page

    Hello. When signed on under my name npaglino i am unable to see all the forms in my account on the MY FORMS page. When Maxburst my web consultant sign

    I have checked your account and you may check the forms under the Shared account folder.

    It seems you're a sub-user and the forms are shared to your account. Currently, you have no forms  or have not created a form under your account.

    hello Richie, I know but maxburst shows 8 forms they created for my site but I only see 5 forms. do they have to do something on their end for me to see the other 3 forms. Thanks Nick

    Yes, they need to make sure the forms are shared, otherwise there is no way for the system to allow you access to those forms.
