Being charged double

    Hello, 


    Im being advised for my form listed below, that customers are being charged double on their credit cards after filling out the form.

    Can you advise me as to why this is?

    I do see the duplicate payments.  From the URL you referenced, it seems the form it in a popup window in your web page?  If that is the case, it is possible users are pressing the back button in the their browser after submitting the form in an attempt to return to the previous page.  This could possibly allow for a duplicate submission to be sent.  Adding a captcha to the form is usually sufficient to prevent this:

    If the duplicate submissions continue even after adding a captcha, let us know and we can forward this to our development team to investigate.
