PDF Editor: The user cannot download his/her PDF Document.

    The user cannot download his/her PDF Document.

    Hi again.
    when trying to download the file (image 1), it does not download, it remains frozen (image2).


    This problem only happens in the following form: https://form.jotform.co/HRConstrucciones/reporte-pes-queretaro


    The following form is practically the same as the previous one, but it does not fail the sending of emails or the download of PDF editor:




    PDF files that are downloaded from the shipping page (image3 and file PDF DGQ 60032897) are not the same as those downloaded from PDF Editor(file PDF Reporte PES-Estado-de-M-xico), since PDF Editor contains the images of the company logo.


    I hope my problem is clear.

    Hello HRConstrucciones;

    I can no longer reproduce the download problem. I can download the submission pdfs for your forms 90655223360856 and 90654277911866 

    I could not check the difference problem you reported since you deleted these submissions. 

    Please let us know if you still face this issues.
