Theme isn't being applied, old theme still showing

    This form has a theme set for default which shows when i preview but when i embed it it still shows as the old nova theme.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. As I've check your website where your form embedded, I was able to replicate the issue of your form. Can you please re-embed your form code in to your website using iFrame method and change your form URL from http://form to http://www should fixed the problem of your form.

    For example:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="http://form.jotformpro.com/form/xxxxxxxxxxx" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:878px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="http://www.jotformpro.com/form/xxxxxxxxxxx" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:878px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Now I cannot use iframe it doesn’t work with my site because it interferes with flash components I need it to be Java Script. Iframe screws up my site on iphone and devices….

    Let me know when you’ve fixed this bug ASAP

    Hi Dominick,

    Kindly recheck the form again, it should now be fine. 

    If you still see the non-updated form, I'd suggest to clear your browser's cache.
