Can I edit the answers of a questionnaire by multiple people at the same time.

Good morning,

For a study we sent a questionnaire to different municipalities in Spain. The data we are trying to collect are hard to come so the filling of the questionnaire will most likely be done by the municipalities in several instances. We are trying to help them by calling directly these municipalities and fill/edit this questionnaire with them. Since there are a big number of them, we divided the task with several co-workers, meaning we will probably have to edit the answers (for each municipality) of one jotform questionnaire at the same time. Would that cause any problem?

As far as I understand, you will need to edit multiple different submissions of single form at same time. This should not cause any problem. However, if several users will edit same submission, please note that the latest submitted information will update previous records.
