    lost associated data on deleted fields

    The form was for small group registrations - It appears that my clients were removing options from the radio buttons when the groups became full - however, when they went to access the submissions it appears associated data is deleted? Is there anyway to access submissions and all data even if the form is changed? Can we roll back to previous versions? Its really important to access this data - any help is appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi,

    We are truly sorry to say but deleted data associated with the deleted fields can't be retrieved anymore. How about checking them on your email since you've received every form submissions on your email address? Sorry about that.

    this is something you should work on... i'm having the same problem.. and it is very frustrating.  how can the info be lost if you sent the submission notifications?  i have hundreds to sift through to find the info i need. :(  and some may have been deleted for ever.

    That is most likely a cache issue in your account which  I've cleared it for you

    The other problem that I can find is tha the form: 10732640770is currently disabled, but it shows 390 NEW submissions, for a total of 413

     

    You can enable it by clicking on MORE , and then on ENABLE

    Can you please indicate the jotform username? I just could find an empty guest account associated with your emal address . Also, please open a new thread so we can assist you better
