    Why my forms are showing this error?

    Hello

    We have created some jotforms for sites. Somwtimes it is showing an error instead of the form in my siets. Please see this sites and clarify me what is the problem and why it is happening. Kindly review the screenshots below.

    Please suggest me what we have to do exactly for this.

    Anu,

    The problem might be related with our CDN cache issue, but this should be resolved in an hour. I have also cleared your form cache here and hopefully that fixes all the v8 error with your form. Do you still have forms displaying the error? Let us know so we can check it further.

    Thanks for this great response and now it is coming fine. but i need some clarification about, we have faced the same problem with other sites(forms) with the same account. is this problem from our side? please clarify me about this. is there any problem with our form?

    @Alphamale1

    No, it is not a problem with your form. The problem is related with the v8 library script glitch but it should be fine now, probably a CDN cache issue. If the problem reoccurs again on your specific forms, please try resaving your form in the form builder. That should help as well.

    I am currently having the same issue @EltonCris :

     

     

    Hi we have a sample request form that has always worked fine but at the moment it is not displaying on the site instead we are getting the following in place of the form.

     

    v8_build_source.js:49: ReferenceError: V8Config is not defined load ( V8Config.CACHEPATH + form_id + '.js' ); ^ ReferenceError: V8Config is not defined at v8_build_source.js:49:8

     

    We have re-embeded the script twice now; once with the original code and then with a cloned version of the form.

    Please assist we have had to disable our google ads whilst this issue is resolved.

    Your form should be working fine now. Can you please check it again? I've fixed the issue of your form on our end by clearing your form cache. However, if the said issue still persists, kindly clear your browser cache and cokies.

    This sometimes happen when we deploy a new version of JotForm to servers. You can only save the forms again to recover from this problem.

    We have implemented lots of protection to prevent this from happening again though.
