E-signature widget: Unable to sign on the widget using mobile when it placed after 2nd field on a card form

    The signature field doesn't work anymore on phone. only possibility to do a dot . 


    Is something going on?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I am able to replicate the issue with the E-signature widget on my form. As I tested it further, it seems that the issue is occurring when the signature widget is placed after 3rd field on a card form using mobile browser. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to investigate the issue further. If there is any update in this regard, we'll let you know on this thread.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. The issue should be fixed by now. I have tested again and I am not able to replicate the issue at my end.
