I've given it time and tried other browsers. Nothing. What is going on?

You're correct @kristinemusaraca - I experienced the same thing when I tried viewing the conditions page in your form (and it happened on cloned copies of it too). This seems like a unique case that only happens to that form.

I escalated this to our Developers so they can have a closer look. We'll keep you apprised on this same thread when there's an update. Thanks for reporting this to us.

Hi! We do need to deliver this to a paying client by Monday and our hours are 8-430 M-F, so if we could have a solution/fix by today, that would be a relief!

This issue is already assigned to our developers. However, please note that we cannot provide you the exact time when it will be resolved.

I also inspected the form and I was able to load the Condition Page when I deleted all form field. When the conditions page was loaded I saw that there is one condition with more than 65000 IF rules and it seems that this condition is causing the issue.

Have you created this condition with so many IF rules?

I will inform our developers about my findings.

Considering that your form currently does not have submissions and only a few fields, you can recreate it if you need it by Monday.

I did not create all those IFs, yikes! We have 2 ID fields, each will have 1000+ IDs listed, separated by commas. We use this for validation to ensure only VALID students are routing through the form. I'm not sure why the condition split it out like that as I used the Show/Hide IF CONTAINS and then in the 1 field showing, inserted the comma-separated IDs.

Thanks for clearing that up. Let me share this to the developer assigned to your case.

I tried to cut down the IDs to validate and it worked okay until just now and the conditions tab won't open at all. I need this to be completed ASAP.. suggestions or updates please. Payment associated with form submission by users.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have escalated the issue to the next level already and a dev team was assigned to work on it now.

We will notify you here for any updates on status.

It's nearly been a month and we have our next event coming up where the client is HEAVILY relying on this to work. Is this resolved?

Unfortunately, this issue is still not resolved. I will check with our developers if there is any update.

    Hi,

This issue is resolved and your condition page is available now. On the other hand, a maximum size control is added to IF terms in a single condition. If you exceed it, which was the your case, you will see an error message as in screenshot.

So, you need to split validation rules in separate conditions. If you have any further question, please inform us.

    Regards.

I see the new restriction in place. However, when I split the condition out to accommodate the last 500+ guest codes, the restriction I need (don't show NEXT button unless both Student ID and Guest ID are contained) is not working. And I can't reduce the number of IDs because they represent students who want to attend a dance.

See the incorrect setup on this new draft: https://www.jotform.com/91054933879166

Choose 2 tickets. Enter 123456 for Student ID. NEXT should not show UNLESS Guest ID has a valid ID entered - but NEXT shows if Guest ID is blank.

Can you please provide a solution that has this functionality...

Choose 2 tickets. Enter 123456 for Student ID. NEXT should not show UNLESS Guest ID has a valid ID entered - but NEXT shows if Guest ID is blank.

This should work if you set the compound IF condition to 'ALL' and limit the compound conditions up to 2 statements only.

I had to exclude about 500 IDs from the condition you posted. I need ALL IDs for guests to fit there, but the limit is restricting that. What is the workaround?
