Date is displayed incorrectly in auto-responder email.

    this pic was taken through the notification email i got from my gest who submit the  Date is displayed incorrectly in auto responder email. Image 10

     

    This Picture was shot through the form submission from users below : 

    i found 2 pictures were captured incorrectly , which is the submission is correct but the notification email that my user received aren't correct.

    Do you have any idea how to fix this ? I need to make sure what they have filled are right when we receive the submission, otherwise this will ruined the whole thing.

    Could you please let us know what is the form in question? If I understood correctly, the dates that the user picked are not the dates that are shown in the autoresponder notification that the user receives, is that correct?

    You also said that "i found 2 pictures were captured incorrectly , which is the submission is correct but the notification email that my user received aren't correct.", what pictures are you referring too?

    Hi Bdavid,

    the form named is BIG Commercial conference 2019. and the user pick the date right , but the auto responding email turn wrong. can you please check.

    I did test your form by sending a test submission and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. The date I selected in form is the same date which is being displayed in the auto-responder email I received. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please test your form yourself and get back to us if the issue persists.
