Why am I unable to add multiple recipients even after upgrading?

    I am trying to get my responses to send to additional emails. Why is it not allowing? I upgraded today.

    I have checked your account and I can see you are a sub user and the forms have been shared with you, it seems the form's owner is on free status, note that in order to take advantage of this feature the form's owner must be on paid status. 

    Subscriptions cannot be transferred, but we can cancel your subscription and issue a refund. The form's owner account would need to upgrade in order to have this feature available.
