"404 Not Found" when trying to view uploaded files

I couldn't open the uploaded file by the submitter.

I have checked your form submission but I can't seem to find such file. May we know if this is the form https://www.jotform.me/form/90428637041455 in question?

May we know if you're trying to view the uploaded file in the submission page or the notification email?

May we know if you're logged in when you try to view the uploaded file?

Can we have the submission ID or the name of the form user in which the uploaded files returns an error?

It seems the submission ID is 4283672863217973298 which you have already deleted. Since the submission is already deleted, the uploaded file associated with the submission is also deleted. That is the reason why you are unable to download the file.
