Edit submission error message

If Total is > $0.00 and you hit "Submit" before clicking on any of the payment buttons such as "Paypal Checkout" or "VISA", it says "Submission Error".  Is there a way to have a custom message that says something like "Please checkout with Paypal before clicking "Submit"?

Unfortunately, we cannot edit the submission error message. You may however, add a condition to show an error message when the total is $0 using Header or text element.
