When I start typing "transparent" into the color picker, it defaults to black towards the end of the word. Try it yourself.

However, here's the best way to make the form background to transparent. Inject the following CSS codes to your form.

The color picker can only be used to enter color values. If you'd like to use the word "transparent" as your background, you must type it on the Background and Font-color areas under the Preferences option.

You can now enter the word "transparent" on the color picker input area.
