Help with infusionsoft dynamic tagging

Hi I am switching over from Typeform because their Infusionsoft Integration is not working.

 

Basically, I have created 2 quizes within Typeform and wants to keep this style, where there's only 1 question per page and the next question can only be visible when the previous one is answered. 

 

Also, I want to have different thank you pages based on certain answers...

And finally, I want to add a contact into Infusinosoft, and add a certain tag based on certain answers.. is this possible?

Yes, this is definitely possible with conditional logic on the form. You will need to use 'Change Thank You URL after submission' condition(s).

You can integrate Infusionsoft easily with Jotform. Can you please give us some more details on how do you want to add tags and answers so that we can assist you better.

So with Typeform, the conditional logic was set by using a score, and
based on a score, I sent them to 2 different thank you pages.
The quiz consists of multiple choice questions. Based on their answers,
we are either sending them to a thank you page that will say they are a
good fit for this breed, or not a good fit.. so I want to set it up in a
way if they are NOT a good fit, it would tag them or start a certain
follow up sequence in Infusionsoft, and if they ARE a good fit, it would
do a different tag and/or start a different sequence.

I can understand your requirements, and I can say that the requirement related to Thankyou page can be fulfilled with the Jotform. You can set the conditions as per the need and it will execute accordingly.

Do you allow Google Adwords and Facebook tracking code on the thank
you pages, or Google Tag Manager?

This is possible to add a Custom Thank You Page with Google Adwords Conversion Tracking for your form. Please refer the below thread:

Facebook tracking code

Unfortunately, it is not possible to insert the Facebook pixel code on the form. According to the Facebook guide, the pixel code should be inserted in the head element. There's currently no option in the Form Builder where you can insert a code in the head element.

Google Tag Manager

Hi there, so I built a form now and I need help with the dynamic
tagging. I read your article, but it's still confusing to me. If you
look at the only form I have there now, there's one question there that
says: What would happen if I destroyed your couch? Now, there are 5
multiple choice answers.. they can choose only 1. However, if they
choose I would scold you harshly, or I would send you back to the
breeder, I want to tag them with a certain tag.. those answers would be
bad... however, if they anser any of the other 3, those are good...
So this exact scenario applies to most of my questions. I only have 2
tags... if ALL questions are answered with good answers, they will get

You can use the conditions method in the article. Basically, you will create a text field as an Infusionsoft tag for each question. Then the form will fill them according to the user's answers. After all, you can compare all infusion tag fields to find the result.
Please look at these steps:
1. I used a text field as a dynamic Infusionsoft tag field.2. Then hide it and enter a title.
3. Let's create a condition to fill this field according to the user's answer.4. Good scenario statements. You can add more statements with clicking plus sign. 5. Bad scenario.
You can compare each Infusionsoft tag fields after doing this for all questions with conditions.
After that, you can change thank you page based on this comparison result.

You can add condition in form to insert value in the "Infusionsoft tag" checkbox options which will select the desired value based on the user's answer. Please check the example screenshot below (form guide):

I wish I could speak with you on the phone! LOL We are
mis-communicating. The tags are added in Infusionsoft already, I just
don't know how to connect a specific tag in Jotform... there will be 2 tags.

I'm so sorry, I am still confused on how to make this work properly.
Let's say for example a user selects one question with a BAD option and
another with a GOOD option, which thank you page will he be taken to,
and which Infusionsoft tag will he get? Do you see where my confusion
comes from? I wish I can speak with someone on the phone or online
somehow live. Is that possible? Or maybe direct me to a professional
that can set this up for me so i can pay them?

Under Integrations, when I connect with Infusionsoft, and select Dynamic
tags, not all my tags are listed there... I only find the tags I need
under the Static Tags, why is this?

Let's try anything else. You can give each answer separate points. For example, the best answer is 10 points, the worst answer is 0 point. You can then calculate the total score and change the infusionsoft tag and thank you page. Please refer to these steps. We will give value to each answer.
1. Define values to be used in calculations.

Please do this process to all questions.
2. Add the form calculation widget to calculate the score. Don't forget to hide it.
3. Then create an update/calculate condition to set Infusionsoft tag.
Good scenario.Bad scenario.
4. Then create another condition to change thank you page.Good scenario.Bad scenario.
You must be able to select dynamic tags in your integration page.
Please don't change any value in the Infusionsoft tag field.

OK I did as you said, now there is one problem:
Both tags are being added into Infusionsoft... what am I doing wrong?

I have checked the Infusionsoft integration on your form and see that the two tags are selected by default which could be causing the issue.

Since you have already setup the conditions to choose the tags, please try unchecking these options in the integration wizard and see how it works.

Ok I unchecked them both, and now NO tags are being added in
Infusionsoft... I am really frustrated, can someone please help me? You
guys said you integrate with Infusionsoft, why isn't this working? Can

I'm also facing another problem... I am being sent to the wrong thank
you page...
I have 10 questions, each good score is 10 points, so the perfect score
is 100 points. But even if I answer all questions that have a score of
10 and equals 100, I am being sent to the thank you page where the score
is less than 100... why is that?

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form and the condition is working correctly to populate the infusionsoft tags checkbox. The submission data captured displays it correctly.

Do you mean to say that when the infusionsoft tags checkbox was selected by default, it was being added in infusionsoft correctly but conditionally selected checkbox data is not being sent to infusionsoft?

Do get back to us on this and we will take a look.
