We were successfully using a 'Report Student Absence' form on the homepage of our school website last year. As of this school year, we are aunable to receive any sent absences notifications from parents. We need to get this back up and running ASAP so would appreciate any help. I have reset another form and this isn't working either:(

I have submitted a test through your form Student Absence. The only problem that I found was that the Sender Name in the email alert settings was not mapped to a form field (ussually the "Name" field - or in your case , the Student Name )
