I decided to not run my contest, therefore I won´t need my subscription in the next month. Tried to change to the free plan, an error tells me to get in contact with the support.

I think you were able to cancel the subscription successfully. It is now cancelled upon checking. With this, you will not be billed again. Your account will stay Premium until the paid period ends which will be on February 22, 2013. After this date, your account will be downgraded to Free.
Feel free to re-subscribe to Premium anytime you want. Thanks for using JotForm! :)
