Have you any idea what I should be doing here?

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help me here. 

I've been directed to Jotform.com after submitting my contact details on the JUST EAT company site - a redirect from a Gumtree add for a bike courier/delivery advert. 

It's just odd. I've been left on Jotform with thousands of templates and zero instructions. Even if I did fill out the job application template, it wouldn't be relevant. 

Have you any idea what I should be doing here guys?
