Is there a way to enable another user with ability to Edit and View Submissions but not Edit or Delete Forms?

To ensure that forms are only controlled by Administrator, but submissions records can be edited (but not delete) from the database.

To allow users to edit the form after submission, you can use the {edit_link} tag within the Auto Responder Email. First you need to create an Auto Responder then add the {edit_link} variable in the email's body.

Once a user submits the form they will receive an email which contains a  url link to the pre filled form. If they click on the url link in the email this would open up the form with pre filled data and they can modify/update their answers.

Hope this helps let us know if you have clarifications.

Thannk you for your swift response. This is especially good for the end users filling up the form.

    Thank you for this tip.

What I intend is the 2nd or 3rd user to the Account.

I am only able to provide  View Submissions and Edit Forms access rights at Sub Account level.

I believe when I delegate a user with View Submissions access right, this 2nd user is unable to perform edits at the form Submissons page.

    Is that right?

    Hi Zest,

    Good News!

We've just released a new version of My Accounts page. You can now create sub-accounts and share your forms with full access, readonly (sub-users can only view form submissions) and writeonly (sub-users can only edit the form) permissions.

Check your My Accounts page now and click on Users menu on the left panel and start creating sub-accounts. :)

    Thanks!

    Thank you for this.

I have created a user in the Sub Account. But these are the current access levels available: View Submission & Edit Form

If it is possible to have Edit Submission, but not Edit Form access levels, that would be great!

This is to ensure Form integrity so that no user can edit or delete the form in any way, but still allow for editing the submissions at the Submissions page and edit the database of submissions.

    Hi,

If it is possible to have Edit Submission, but not Edit Form access levels, that would be great!

Yes, that's what "View Submissions" permissions do. When you set its level to view submissions, users can view, edit submissions only not the form.

However, when you set its level to "Edit Form", user can edit and delete the form but the user will not be able to view/edit submissions.

Hope this clarifies a bit. Thanks!

This sure clarifies what Edit Form access level does, thanks EltonCris!
