    Hello,

None of my forms are allowing submissions right now. All forms were working as of Friday and my last submission was today at 10 am.  The error page says:

    This page isn’t working

pci.jotform.com took too long to respond.

    HTTP ERROR 504

I was able to replicate this issue.

I will forward it to our backend team for additional checking.

We'll inform you further via this thread.

I wanted to see if there are any updates on this issue. These are the forms we use for our annual family conference which takes place in April. Here are the forms I have found which are not currently working.

In digging deeper with a cloned form that was also having a problem, I've found out that the authorize.net payment widget seems to be causing the problem. Even when payment is not required and is hidden the problem persists. When I deleted the widget, the submission could go through. I hope this helps the backend developers.

If the issue is common to all the Forms and is due to the Authorize.net then could you please check the API Login ID and the Transaction key.

I would suggest you please generate a new transaction key, API Login ID and use that in the Integration to see if that solves the issue.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.
