hello,
My form that should take a payment isn't working. I was able to do a test with a coupon but paying customers' submissions are not coming through.
Please help me trouble shoot this

I have checked the form you last edited and I see that you have added the PayPal (standard) payment field.
To make it work, please make sure that you set up the integration properly. in setting up the integration, you must provide a valid PayPal account.

It was previously working.
Has the integration changed?

I checked the revision history and I can not see any changes made to PayPal Integration in this form: https://www.jotform.com/build/61055975783265 so I'm not sure why it removes your PayPal account.
Also, I think the PayPal account you entered is incorrect. Can you please check again? As far as I know, the PayPal Standard account uses an email address as the username and to receive payments.

Is there a way to set it up so it does not fail silently?
We had no way of knowing that this was happening except that we were told people had completed the form and we saw no evidence of it.

Regarding my colleagues, please remove your integration and re-add.
How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Standard
You should use the PayPal Standart account username and email address for the integration.
Please try to integrate again, and let us know how it goes.
