Every time one of my clients attempts to pay for a subscription plan, there is a PayPal error.

I created a clone version of your form that I supposed you are referring to and made a test submission.
I integrated the form with my own PayPal account. I was able to submit the form without any issues.
It's possible that the issue is just temporary.
Have you also tried contacting PayPal about the issue?
