I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. I did check your last edited form and you seems to have added Stripe payment tool and "Customer Email Field" is configured in payment tool. Please check the screenshot below:
Please note that if "Customer Email Field" is selected, the receipt is automatically sent from Stripe to customer. If you want you can disable the customer email field and then edit your form's auto-responder email alert template to show the receipt in desired format. Please check the screenshot below on how to edit auto-responder email template:
