I have a problem with the notification email

    Hello, please i had changes in one of my forms (i quit the older notification email, and i created a new one) but i still reciving the same old notification email. The diference between the two forms: old one had birthdate and new one doesn´t! but in my account i see all good, it is only when i recieve the notification email.
