The option updated on the widget is not displaying on the form

Another problem has arisen! I've changed an option in the dynamic dropdown, but it won't update on the actual form. I've clicked Update Widget, reloaded the page, logged out and back in, but nothing fixes it.

Could you let us know which option did you add to the widget and see if it is now displaying normally on the form? This could have happened due to any temporary replication issue. If you are still experiencing any issue with the form, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
