Getting error while submitting the form.

We have gotten a few complaints that, when trying to submit the form, people are getting error messages. Do you have any idea why this is happening?

I've cloned your form and performed a test submission. I am not able to replicate the issue, the form got submitted successfully without any error. See the screencast below:

Could you please check and confirm if you are still getting the error? If yes, please tell us at what point you are getting the error and the error message?
