Doesn't work in the email we get nor when we log in online and try to open the file. This is the message we get.

Have you changed your account's username. It seems your account username is Tom Wightman and has space in between.
Could you please change the username to something which do not have space.

Julie BuchananReplied on March 21, 2019 at 12:43 PMWe have not changed it - we’ve had the same username for years. Anyway, I did change it to remove the space and it works when we view the submission online. It still does not work when we try to open the file from an email.

On testing our email logs, I could not replicate the same. The latest email's image is downloadable since you have changed the username and it has no space. The image in the previous emails has the previous username in the download link.
