Out of the sudden, the new dropdown list items added to our form not reflected on the live form embeded on our website. Surprisingly, they do appear in the preview mode. We've double checked and checked and guarantee that the embeded form id and URL is correct. We've also clear the browser cache and history and the problem still persists.
This is urgent to us as new courses have been published but not able to request for quotation by the visitors. This will impact our clients' businesses and our customer relationship as a whole.

Yes, but you'll have to click on the Course Title dropdown list and compare the number of list items appear in the preview mode. The newly added items are now appear on my live form.

I think everything is all set, here's the screenshot of the dropdown field:
The dropdown options is the same when accesing your form direct link. I think your user will now see the same updated form.
