    Forms are not updating

Asked by reelstuff2000 on February 08, 2013 at 08:15 PM

I am having an issue that many others have had before. I update my forms and save, go to my site and there is no change. Now I am even having them show up blank since I went and added the www. to the code and re-embedded it, as instructed by jotform to others who are experiencing the same problem. I've also read a post from Sept 2012, that this was due to replication data during the last 2 days due to a database maintenance. I have been having this problem for a couple of weeks. Please let me know how to fix this once and for all. It is very frustrating. Thank you!

    Hi,

Data replication problem is now fixed. Your form should now be fine. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.

Also, one thing I've noticed is that your website doesn't have auto height function, therefore the credit card fields overflows at the bottom of your payment page when credit card payment is selected. I'd suggest to re-embed your form using the following iframe code, this should help prevent that problem since it controls the form height and automatically adds a scrollbar when the form overlaps the iframe height.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotformpro.com/form/30136019135948" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:590px; border:none;" scrolling="yes"></iframe>

This is the problem I am talking to:

    Hope this helps. Thanks!
