Hi there,
When someone submits attached images through my form I'm unable to open the image file from any kind of mobile device. This makes it difficult to do any emails by phone or tablet. How can I fix this? I was going to upgrade my plan to the paid version if this can be fixed.

It is possible that your account requires that you are logged before you can view the uploaded files in your form.
You can disable that option on the Settings page of your account — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
