    Hello,

Every time I attempt to submit a payment I am receiving the "Payment Error: Client Authentication failed."  The form is here: https://form.jotform.com/PoplarTreeTreasurer/sixth-grade-donation

and the form I am working on is here https://www.jotform.com/build/90618265898170

I have followed the steps from this link:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/542-How-to-integrate-PayPal-Checkout-with-your-form

I have ensured that I am using the Live Client ID and Client Secret.  I have deleted my original REST API and my original Pay Pal Checkout on the form and re-added them.  I have ensured that I NOT using the Sandbox settings.  I have logged out of PayPal and verified I saved everything correct.

I am attempting to collect money for donations using a business not-for-profit PayPal account.

Please help me figure out what is wrong.  My PTA would love to be able to use jot-form to collect payments but we cannot get it working.

    Thanks!

Can you please check if you are using correct PayPal account? It is required to use a premier or a business PayPal account with this integration.

I can also suggest to check client ID once again, console log of your form is stating that incorrect credentials used:

Please check every character to make sure that nothing extra was copied along with client ID and secret.

If your form will still not work, please let us know so we checked further.
