    Hi

    I'm looking for a form hosting site that will prevent non-professinal e-mail addresses from accesses our info through our forms, and a way to use a single form on multiple pages on my website, but will track the page source once a form gets completed.

    prevent non-professinal e-mail addresses from accesses our info through our forms

    Your forms are not visible to others in the build process. However, they can be reached by public once you publish your forms. You can limit users to reach your forms by using "Show/Hide Field " conditions. For example, form fields can be shown to those with an email address that contains "@jotform" . I have created a test form which includes an email element and a multiple choice element to show you how. You can do this by following these steps ;

    1 - Click on "Settings" and select "Conditions". There you can find "Show/Hide Field" condition.

    2 - You can set a particular field shown if email that contains "@jotform.com" is submitted

    Will track the page source once a form gets completed.

    You can use our Get Form Page Url widget in order to find out from which page form is submitted. This widget will be helpful if you're using same form in multiple pages.

    Hi,
    Thank you for the quick response. I’m a little confused about the first part. So if I make a form and set the conditions to contain: g-mail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc. I can make it so those addresses won’t be able to submit the form to access our resources?
    How much would this all cost?

    Yes, you may create a condition in which your form users using gmail,yahoo and hotmail will not be able to submit your form.

    You may use the SHOW/HIDE condition shared above by my colleague to Show fields when email address doesn't contain gmail,yahoo or hotmail.

    Sample screenshot, I'm using the STATE "Does not Contain" to show fields.
