The Long text entry in the Form not allowing the Form to submit

    There is a problem with the JotForm link for our Annual Dinner Award Nominations.  Our customers are unable to complete the form.


    Please advise.

    It seems you have configured the email validation in the Long Text entry field present at the bottom.

    Please remove the email validation from the settings.

    It appears to me that this fix has worked.  Thank you for your support.
