Data storage in Jotform

Dear Jotform,

We are just inquiring about Jotform data that is stored in your cloud-based system. On a yearly basis, we export the data collected from Jotform and save it on our server. After being deleted off the Jotform platform, in your cloud based system - can you confirm that the data will be completely erased and no other third party can have access to this pertinent information? We ask this for security and confidentiality reasons.

Yes, the data will be deleted from the cloud once you delete your submissions data and there's no way to recover it anymore, so we always recommend backing up your data before deleting them.
