Our logo is not showing up when we send out a confirmation email. Can you help please.

Have you solved this issue already? I did check your form "2019 Ridgedale Mother's Day Out Daddy Daughter Dance" and found that you have already added your logo in form's auto-responder email alert.
I tested your form by sending a test submission and the confirmation email I received does display the logo correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
