How to clear available space?

We exceeded out limit for space using the free form.  We didn't realize how many photo's people would be including in their form submissions.  I have since updated the form to remove the photo upload so that we can continue with the free option however the form is still disabled because it says we have exceeded out limit of storage space.  Is there anyway to delete the storage space we are currently usuing so we can continue on with the form.  We are using the form for out findraiser that we run, MS Two of a Kind Show. It is in support of the MS Society of Canada, we are a registered charity.
