How can I add two form elements on one line?

There used to be a "shrink" button that allowed me to move 2 forms elements next to each other instead of underneath one another. How do I do that now?

For example:  I want Name and Birthdate next to each other on the form.

You can right click on form's fields and then you will see 'shrink' section on the menu or you can do that from the field's settings by pressing on the gear button on the right side.
