Feedback on Prestashop

Do anyone have the feedback form on prestashop? Try to past the code in header.tpl but dont get it to work.

I'm not familiar with that software. Have you tried contacting their support?

Also, if you are placing it on header template, make sure that the code is placed between body tags. Do not place it between head tags.
