    Hi Team

I'm looking to create a form where the "submit" button directs to a different external link dependant on the way the form was completed - eg. a form is essentially a quick quiz that determines whether the respondant needs to book a Physio appointment or book into a Pilates Class.

The Physio booking link will be different to the Pilates booking link.

    Is this possible?

    Cheers,

    Sam @ Futr Online

You can do it by using conditions.

I have prepared a simple demonstration for you to clone here: https://form.jotform.com/90231391393959 (Also here's a guide on how to clone forms from URL)

There is a special condition for redirecting to different "Thank you pages", In this form for every
different selection on the multiple question box redirects the user to different pages after clicking "Submit"

You can create your own conditions Settings -> Conditions. Then, select Change thank you page and set
up the condition as you need. You can put the URL's you want in this condition and it'll redirect your user's
after they click the submit button.

Also here's a more detailed guide on using conditions.

Hope this helps and if you require further assistance feel free to let us know.
