Stripe: Form showing zip code error upon upon trying to submit.

    Upon completion of the form, our clients are receiving an error alert relating to zip code. For some, we have figured that the address they provide doesn't match the billing address of the card they are using (we use payment within our forms), but for others - mainly foreign address - this isn't the case. 

    Upon receiving the error, the client's information is wiped from the form causing much frustration. 

    Any suggestions as to why this might be happening?

    I have checked your account and I can see that there are multiple forms. Could you please share the form in which you are facing the issue.

    However, you can try this workaround, try removing the Address field and then add it back in the form.

    If still the issue persists, please share the form so that we can assist you better.

    I think the issue may be related to the verification process on Stripe, please kindly try turning that verification off and see if that helps. Here's a link with more information about it: https://stripe.com/docs/disputes/prevention#make-use-of-verification-checks
