    Error message Form not found

    I have been experiencing problems with every new form that I create.

    Whether I make it from scratch or use a template I still get the same error.

    Here's the link to my latest from.  I have also attached an image of the error.

    Tried various browsers making the form and none work.


    Please advise.  Thank you.

    I'm experiencing the same exact problem.  I've tried cloning and creating forms from scratch and when I click the preview button, I get the same error message as shown above.  It is making the jotform features completely unusable.  I'm so bummed out by this.  I've been touting JotForm as a fantastic tool that will save my nonprofit's Secretary a lot of time and effort!  I hope this can be looked into and fixed soon.
