Can a word in a drop down box trigger a sub catagory?

Asked by DanMyers on February 10, 2013 at 09:55 PM

Im designing a residential estimate form for my iPad. Lets ay I have a drop down box that list the rooms in a house such as:

    Bedrooms

    Kitchen

    Bathrooms

If kitchen is selected in the drop down box can I set it up where a group of tasks appear for that room. Same for bedrooms, etc...

Each room has a certain list of tasks. In some houses there are 2, 3 , 4 or 5 bedrooms. 1, 2 3, or 4 bedrooms. I dont want to list 6 bedrooms  and all of the task if I only need 3. I dont want to list 5 bathrooms if I only need 2. If you would like to contact me about this via phone my number is 321-745-8067

    Sincerely

    Dan Myers

    Hi Dan,

I think what you are trying to achieved is possible with Hide/Show Conditions. Check this guide to leran more. Conditional Logic on Forms

Feel free to let us know if you come across any issues using conditions. Thanks!
