Is it possible to configure auto-responder email to not include any answer of form field?

Hi there,

After a form has been completed it sends the answers to the customers who filled the form out - can I have it so that they don't receive the answers they wrote on the form?

Do you mean to say that the email that is sent to the user who submitted form, you do not want to show any answers in email?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by editing the form auto-responder email alert. You need to delete all the questions and add desired text message. You can also include answers which you want to include in email. Please check the screenshot below:
