I have tried creatng several different forms in 2 different accounts. None of these newly created forms are accesible. they all show an error saying the form has been deleted by the user. One of the links is:

Thanks for reporting. The problem has been raised to our development team already. This is related to data replication delay between our servers. You will get an update once it's fixed as soon as possible.
